To approve the reclassification of the Shares as shares with A rights and shares with B rights and to approve changes to Companys article of association thereto.
Subject to resolution 1 becoming unconditional approve the Scheme in the Circular dated 11 August 2026 and implementation by the Liquidators and article changes.
