To approve the scheme of arrangement under Singapore law among Wave Life Sciences Ltd., a public company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore (Wave-Singapore), the shareholders of Wave-Singapore and Wave Life Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation, subject to approval of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore, as set forth in Wave-Singapores notice of, and proxy statement relating to, the Special Meeting of Wave-Singapore shareholders.
